ToYou is a delivery app in Saudi Arabia for restaurant, grocery and store orders. With the ToYou promo code (CB107), new and existing users get free delivery on orders of SAR 69 or more.
Free delivery needs a basket of at least SAR 69. If your basket is just under that, compare the delivery fee with the cost of an extra item you actually need; adding it may cost less than paying for delivery.
The most common reason is a basket under SAR 69. Also check that you're ordering in Saudi Arabia and that you typed (CB107) without spaces. The code gives free delivery, so you won't see a discount on the items themselves.
